Lateef Ahmed has been arrested by the Osun Police Command for allegedly killing his colleague with juju after a disagreement during a match at St. Mary’s Grammar School. The reasons for the disagreement are still not clear however it is said that Ahmed hit Shuaib Ison with a magic ring (juju). He immediately collapsed and was rushed to Iwo General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
What confused people is the fact that the victim’s parents declined autopsy tests and insisted on burying their son. The incident was confirmed by the state police public relations officer who added that an investigation would be done and justice served.
