The National Petroleum Authority has reduced the fuel prices by 9 Pesewas per litre. The authority revealed that Ghanaian will start enjoying the reduced prices as from tomorrow, May 5, 2021, across the whole country.
A few stakeholders in the fuel sector, Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation and National Petroleum Authority arrived at a decision of decreasing the prices during a meeting conducted at the Ministry of Energy.
The press release read, “The 17 pesewas per litre increased in fuel margins previously announced by NPA has been reduced to 9 Pesewas per effective tomorrow, Wednesday 5th May 2021.”
