Ghana Movie Industry lacks Innovative Ideas, Prayers can’t revive it-Bishop Agyinasare

Bishop Agyinasare has said that the Ghana Movie Industry is dying. According to the Founder of Perez Church, Prayers alone can’t revive this industry. Agyinasare said that the only way this industry can revive is by being more innovative.

Bishop Agyinasare said that the telenovelas have flooded the industry of Ghana, and the citizens are watching and emulating other people’s culture. He insisted that the foreign cultures ruining the morality of Ghanaians.

Speaking during an interview he said, “The American movies portray the character of Americans, the drugs, their lifestyle and the environment in which they live, so our movie industry should emulate and do the same.

Our movie industry is far beyond prayers for survival. All we need is a pragmatic approach and action to rub shoulders with the intentional market.”
