The Hearts of Oak have refused Daniel Afriyie Barnieh from attending a trial offer, from French top-flight club Reims. The foreign team was expecting to have the Ghanaian striker assess him for one month, before deciding to sign him.

Daniel Afriyie has scored four goals and also offered three assists in the champions’ league. His goals contributed to the most points for the team in their championship victory.

Reports indicate that the Hearts of Oak are not planning to release Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and therefore, they have already told Reims to forget about their plans. The Hearts wants to keep the important striker to make Africa Happy. Besides, they also want to emerge victorious in the next season.
