Supervisor caught selling PPE’s to his staff at Maamobi Hospital

Staff at the Maamobi Hospital have exposed their supervisor for selling PPE’s to them. According to a report from most of the medical staff at the hospital, they can only access PPE’s after paying 5 cedis. With the hospital having cases of COVID-19 the staff said that all PPE’s should be from the government and free.

A midwife from the Maamobi Hospital noted that the government had failed to supply them with the important equipment. The staff wants funds to be set aside by the hospital to purchase PPE’s for them if the government fails to deliver. Most of them noted that they cannot put their lives in the line and the buy PPE’s for themselves.
