The world governing football, FIFA, has directed an Algerian side, USM Alger, to recompense Asante Kotoko E300K on Kwame Poku’s transfer fee. The striker joined Algers, April 2021. His contract with Algers is meant to last for four years and four months.
The USM Alger did not bother to pay the transfer fee to Asante Kotoko after Ghana International finished Kwame’s transfer to join the club. Asante reported USM Alger to FIFA in June due to the transfer fee of their ex-player which they have not yet paid up to date. Reports indicate that FIFA ordered the club to pay the transfer fee with an interest.
