Daniel Afriyie, the black satellites captain, has said that he is prepared for a senior national team call-up. He said this after leading the U-20 club to Nations Cup glory. Speaking during an interview he stated, “sure, I am expectant and ready for black stars call up. I am praying I get the chance because it has always my dream and with experience, I have garnered with the under 20 tourneys I am sure I can do something for Ghana.”
Daniel Afriyie joined the team two seasons ago and so far, he has not yet scored during this season’s Premier League. He used to play with Division Two side Madina Republicans.
