“The highest waterfall in West Africa is the Wli waterfalls. Locals refer to the falls as Agumatsa waterfalls, which translates to “Allow Me to Flow.” It is situated in the Volta Region’s Hohoe Municipality, which is where the Ewe culture originated. The distance to Accra, the country’s capital, is about 280 kilometers. The trip will take you through the Agumatsa Wildlife Sanctuary, home to 400 different types of butterflies and more than 200 different bird species.”
