A landlord named Agyei Boye is in police custody for killing his tenant. Agyei is said to have murdered Kofi Abu after Abu confronted him for abusing his daughter. The wife of the deceased said that her husband confronted the landlord after he stepped and pushed the two year old for crawling near his door.
The two are said to have started a confrontation before the landlord used a cutlass to attack the tenant. The wife of the deceased screamed but no one came to help. The landlord also slashed the head of the victim’s wife as she was pleading with him to stop butchering her husband.
The matter is currently being investigated by the Amasaman Police.
