A chief from Tengzug in the Telensi District had revealed how he caters for his wives and children. The local chief is married to forty-seven wives and he has two hundred and forty children.
Nana, the son of the famous chief, revealed that despite the family being too large, they live well with each other. According to the son, the family members mainly rely on farming. Nana said that any wife can discipline a child whenever he or she does a mistake.
The family does not count the female children, because once they get married, they go to their husbands. A roster for sex is taken to ensure that every wife is satisfied.
