Herbert Mensah has finally spoken about his suspension by the Board of Ghana Rugby Union. He is the ex-Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Rugby Football Union (GRU). The board of GRU announced his suspension on Tuesday, May 11.
While Speaking during an interview Mensah revealed that the suspension news shocked him. He further, emphasized that he offered other people the chance to serve and he hopes that the process must be done in the right manner.
James Nunoo has been appointed to serve as the president and board Chairman. “Rugby is our love and passion and Rugby must emerge as the winner from this unfortunate moment in the History of Ghana Rugby,” James stated.
“Ghana Rugby has achieved memorably under the leadership of Mr. Mensah and a solid platform has been laid to build on that foundation; for that we thank him,” he narrated.
