Famous marriage counsellor and preacher has revealed why most partners remain in toxic relationships. Speaking during an interview, Apostle Agyekum said that lovers remain in toxic relationships because of huge Premarital investments.
The marriage counsellor said that the people in this type of relationships mainly invest a lot of things with their life savings into each other before realizing they cannot live together. “One of the mistakes people do in a long-term relationship is making huge investments together when they are not yet married. It is wrong,” the apostle advised.
He insisted that once they invest huge amounts, breakup becomes a problem despite the red flags. According to Apostle Agyekum, these partners choose to stay in toxic relationship because they can’t leave their investments.
