The Chief Justice has advised the new lawyers that are not a must to win all cases in court for them to be a good lawyer. He reminded them, that their major work is to solve problems and offer solutions to their customers.
“As you commence your pupilage remember that there’s hardly any experienced accomplished successful senior lawyers who did not work long and hard to get the current position,” he advised.
“If you are going to be learning from them then be willing to exhibit such meritorious quality. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be ready to make that extra effort. The life of a lawyer may look glamorous but requires a lot of hard work and sacrifice.” He reminded them it’s very important, to be honest in their career.
