The Hearts of Oak have initiated a complaint against the Great Olympics. They have reported their issue to the Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee concerning the 1-1 draw with the Great Olympics.
The team indicated that the Olympics had a player who was not qualified to play during that match. The unqualified player was in a shirt number 39.
According to article 33 of the 2019 Ghana Football Association Premier League Regulations, a player who is not qualified should not be featured in a game, and in case the team features him, it is a punishable offense. In case the Hearts of Oak succeed, the Great Olympics will be considered to have lost three points, besides the Hearts of Oak will be awarded three goals.
