1. The Great Accra

Accra is a magical and vibrant city with more than four million residents. It is one of the safest cities in Africa, with many scenic places to explore. This city is mainly associated with partying and creating some lasting memories. Accra is beautifully structured with a lot of lovely places to visit, like the Shopping mall, beaches, resorts, restaurants, markets, nightclubs, museums, culture and crafts.

The famous Makola market is situated in great Accra city. It is a favorite shopping spot for many locals and visitors. Tourists can shop for everything at Makola market, including wax-print cloth, shea butter, imported clothing, electrical goods, shoes and bags, arts and crafts and beauty products.

2. Boti falls

Boti Waterfalls is located in Boti in the Manya Krobo district in the Eastern Region. It is a fascinating waterfall that attracts many tourists to the Eastern Region of Ghana. Boti waterfalls are embedded in the heart of the forest reserve at Huhunya, which is about 17km North-East of Koforidua, the regional capital. It is seasonal, with cascades in the immediate surrounding areas. It is a beautiful place to go hiking while enjoying the beautiful sites around this falls. It is a must-visit site during your vacation.

3. The Mole National Park

Mole National Park is located in Northern Ghana, the largest national park in the country. The park covers approximately 4,577 square kilometers in the district of West Gonja and is home to various animal species, including mammals and birds. It is home to approximately 600 elephants, 2,000 roam antelopes, 3,000 hartebeests, 4,000 waterbucks, 5,000 buffalo and 6,000 warthogs that roam freely in the park’s grasslands. There are lions, leopards, hyenas and various primates that can also be seen in Mole. The Perfect time to visit this site is during the dry season, and it is easier to spot animals because the animals move looking for water.

4. Cape Coast Castle

It was built by various European powers during the 17th Century for the slave trade and is one of the most attractive of Ghana’s old forts. It was originally built by the Dutch in 1637, later expanded by the Swedes, and finally, the British took control of it in 1664 and turned it into their colonial headquarters. It remained in that status for around 200 years until they moved the capital to Accra in 1877. It has been designated as a World Heritage Monument by the World Heritage Foundation.
