Kaneshie market catches fire

According to reports part of Kaneshie Central Market in Accra caught fire. The National Fire Service has already put off the fire in this market. No one knows the cause of the fire up to now, nevertheless, some days ago Kantamanto market in the Central Business District of Accra got the fire under weird conditions.

So far two markets, that is Koforidua market and Kantamanto market have caught fire and Kaneshie is the 3rd one. A few traders suspect that it might be a case of arson and, therefore, have requested careful investigation for the disaster.

Speaking during an interview, Desmond Ackah, the Ashanti Region Command of GNFS, said that they have noted that some individuals are planning to set fire at markets, government buildings, and public structures to destabilize and to displace business centers for their reason.
